We offer FREE Royal Mail recorded delivery on all orders as standard.

If your order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, we will dispatch it the same working day*. You will need to allow 2 to 3 working days from the point of Royal Mail collecting your items for them to be delivered. When placing an order after 3pm Monday to Friday your order will then be dispatched the next working day.

All delivery times below are subject to a regular service operating from Royal Mail and delivery may be impacted from time to time due to internal or external factors affecting Royal Mail's staff, their network and their service. 

Tracked 48 - Delivery time of 2 to 3 working days from the point of Royal Mail collecting your order. Tracked 48 is not a guaranteed service by Royal Mail.

Tracked 24 - Delivery time of 1 to 2 working days from the point of Royal Mail collecting your order. Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed service by Royal Mail.

Special Delivery - Next working day delivery before 1pm provided your order is placed before 3pm the previous working day. Special Delivery is a guaranteed service offered by Royal Mail but may still be affected by severe external factors which impact the UK on a wider scale such as severe weather conditions and medical outbreaks.

If your order has been delayed for any reason, we will check your order status and work with you to resolve this which may result in replacements being sent to you.
